Starter: Begin with an exquisite taste... Peking Duck & Foie gras was amazingly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside accompanied by singular wasabi prawn with a tangy sweetness of the wasabi mayonnaise... Perfect Match...
One of the restaurant's signature dishes East-West fusion of Rack of lamb and carrot cake:
tenderness rack coated with a thick layer of smoky sweet honey that went perfectly with the carrot cake.
This itself caused a few stares within the resturant... Haha... Lobsters Vs Crab... Why have a battle when you can have the both of them... Wala!!!
Wagyu beef that is so tender that you won't even notice it starts melting in your mouth and then slips down your throat even before you have the time to react and swallow... Gone in 5 seconds... Heavenly...
Mum's: Strawberry chocolate that looks like egg... How inno...
Mine: Fried Durian Ice-cream... I can have this everyday and won't go sick with it... Maybe unless i got sore throat till i cant gobble it down... Super rich durian fillings with thin crispy crest... I am already drooling in the midst of writing this entry...#Stopping My Drooling#
