NDP + Olympic Double Celebration

After glueing to the TV for the past 16 days, seeing how Michael Phelp winning the impossible, Mr Lighting Bolt breaking 100 & 200m like as if he was jogging & of course the "China" Vs China team table-tennis which finally saw Singapore winning a medal after 48 donkey years...

Yes the Olympic fever is over... 

We had our own NDP cum Olympic themed house party at Yida's place... 

Steamboat, watching the Black Knight aerobatic show and fireworks all at the comfort of his home...

We Love Singapore!!!

After NDP'08 , We decided to emulate and become the stars in Beijing even before the competition have begin...

Here goes...

Gloria is suppose to be a weightlifter, but seems like she is more content using the wrist squeezer...

While most of the cast are spotted in tennis suit... Tennis seems to be THE sports for the day...

Wenxing and Shann, the Mix double Champ. Dressed exactly the same... Coincident or what...

Finally the Great Battle begins

Followed through with games, Wii really makes you sweat...

Anyway did a 360 deg clearing of my roomie... Discovered some really malfunctioned items that have been lying in my cupboard and shelve... and some hidden "golds" as well...

so went ikea-ing with my bro...

I was sourcing for a new bed and shelves... while he was eyeing computer table and racks...

But end up it was the food that caught our attentions...

Hairdo

Was pondering what hairstyle or cut i should do when i visit the hairdresser on my next trip... Stumble upon this inspirations...

Anyway have been visiting the cinemas like almost everyday over the weekends... With all the hype surrounding "12 Lotus"... 

Was expecting a similar feat but turned out soured...

I have always idolize Roystan Tan for the way he portrait his films and how he dare to make films not many have dared to think about...

No doubt it was brilliant cinematography... But by evolving art film and commercial ones... It just doesnt click...

Realised that i still have tonnes of overdued pics that i have yet to upload...

Its a gathering for our post exam and mini-celebration for mic & dor who have pass their degree with flying colors and leaving us for greener pasture... After pondering for so long, i decided to follow their footstep this semister... Yea!!!

I dont know how she does it but her marinated chicken tasted heavenly...

And she was proudly telling us her secret recipe = 1/2 bottle of XO...

Not forgetting her green pepper bacon...etc...

Michelle, The Poker...

Not as in Black Jack but any food that uses sticks she seems to be in charged... Like hotdogs, sauages, nuggets and fishballs...

Seems like all the female counterpart can really cook...

Mic dished out bouncy and yummy fishballs...

Jon & Jeff, The Waterboys...

Whats great food without ice chilled drinks to quench our thirst.

And to think that they carried all the drinks and ice from the carpark to the bbq pit that was situated so far away...

And me, The Satay Uncle from Down under...

Lastly, Dor and Serene were there too... But Dor went off early as she had already spent the whole day at ECP with her family and kan the glass... haha... Serene somehow lost her way and reached pretty late...

It was a night where our tummy could explore from the enormous amount of food and there were lotsa funny acts along the way... Blame it on the food... Too much food block the bloods from flowing into yr brain...

We end up fighting!!!

Chocolate Addict

There are ample ways to detoxific after a long week of work...
and 1 effective way for me is to indulge in ever sinful chocs...
Finally paid Mr Max Brenner a visit...

The botak's signature "Chocolate Soufflé"...

Nice setting for some relax moments with your friends or love ones...
Chocolate wise, its so-so (Not thick enough)...
Maybe as a chocolate lover, i was expecting alot more...

Chocolate is truly an aphrodisiac... Just read that chocolate contained phenylethylamine that excites our sexual emotions... Now you know why yr bf always gives you boxes of divine chocolates... #Cheeky#
